1. Are hats machine washable?
It is recommended to handwash and clean the surface with a damp cloth. If there is any stain, please use the laundry detergent to spot clean and lay it flat to dry. DO NOT put the hat in water and DO NOT dry clean it to reduce deformation.
2.Where is the Country of Origin for our sunglasses & hats located?
Sunglasses are mainly produced at Mainland China & Taiwan; hats are mainly manufactured at Thailand.
3.Do sunglasses have UV protection?
All lenses block 100% of UV rays, offer high protection against UVA and UVB.
4.What difference between different sunglasses lenses colors?
The color shade of sunglasses lenses is depended on personal needs instead of an indicator of how much UV-blocking protection your sunglasses provide. Brown, dark green and grey lenses reveal the most natural image. However, in different activity scenes, with different lens colors, it reduces chromatic aberration and enhance contrast.

5.What are the sunglasses standards?
All sunglasses are fitted with lenses reaching below international standards:
- Impact resistant in accordance with USA FDA Reg 21CFR801.410
- USA Standard ANSI Z80.3
- EU Standard ISO12312-1
6. Is there warranty for Sunglasses?
Zermatt sunglasses offer an exclusive 24 months warranty from the date of purchase, excluding the following:
- Lenses are scratched or damaged
- Any deterioration claimed is due to abuse, neglect and improper use
- Some accessories may not be replaced due to supply or structural reason.
Please bring your sunglasses and receipt / payment record to the counter to get a 24 months free warranty.
After the free warranty period, we can provide a quotation for the repairing charges upon request.
Repair may take about 3-4 weeks due to spare parts availability, logistic factors & etc.;
In case of any disputes, Zermatt reserves the right of final decision.
7. How to calculate the Shipping Fee?
Delivery charges will be added to your order at the checkout stage. $40 would be charged for first 1kg.
Free shipping is available on orders over HK$300.
Free shipping and various offers would be launched occasionally. Offers shall be subject to the quotes from time to time.
