We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.

Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.


In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:

• A copy of your delivery note or your order number

• Return authorization (obtainable from Customer Services)

• Reason for return"

 

退貨政策

我們樂意退還收貨後發現損壞貨品或我們誤寄貨品之郵費,唯需閣下於收貨後,務必立即與我們聯絡。

你的退款將通過原來付款方式完成,但不包括運費。請確保貨品穩固包裝以免運送過程中受損。我們建議使用能追蹤包裹之掛號郵件或投保郵遞服務。
